本文提出了一种周期性圆孔阵列结构,利用实验方法探究了这种结构对于太赫兹波的调制作用,并通过数值模拟仿真方法验证了实验结果的有效性。实验方法和数值模拟仿真方法的结果一致表明,这种结构的形变能够调制透射谱上的特征吸收谷的位置,当太赫兹波为线性偏振状态,加载方向与偏振方向平行时,应变会调制透射谱上特征吸收谷的位置,使其随着应变的增加而产生规律性的平移,结果表明阵列样品的应变与特征吸收谷的平移之间存在着一种线性关系。利用本文提出的圆孔阵列结构可以设计一个应变传感器,实现应变的感知。 |

This paper presents a periodic circular hole array structure and explores its modulation effects on terahertz waves using experimental methods, with the validity of the experimental results further confirmed by numerical simulations. Both experimental and simulation results consistently demonstrate that the deformation of the structure can modulate the position of characteristic absorption valleys in the transmission spectrum. When the terahertz wave is linearly polarized and the loading direction is parallel to the polarization direction, strain modulates the position of the characteristic absorption valleys, causing them to shift regularly with increasing strain. The results indicate a linear relationship between the strain of the array sample and the shift of the characteristic absorption valleys. Utilizing the circular hole array structure proposed in this paper, a strain sensor can be designed to achieve strain sensing. |
