相移光弹法是一种数字化光弹测量技术,十步相移法由于具有较高的测量精度,在相移光弹法中得到了广泛应用。然而,该方法在测量过程中需采集十幅相移图像,且在采图过程中需要人工转动镜片和切换光源,操作繁琐,测量效率低。本文提出一种基于偏振相机的自动相移光弹测量系统,该系统利用偏振相机采集图像,白光和滤波片组合作为光源,通过电控系统控制镜片转动和光源切换,自动高效地实现了相移图像的采集。结果表明,本文测量系统在5秒内即可完成十幅相移图像的采集,相对于传统的测量系统有效提升了测量效率。此外,实验结果证实了本文系统测量的准确性。 |

Phase-shift photoelastic method is a digital photoelastic measurement technique, and the ten-step phase-shift method has been widely used in phase-shift photoelastic method because of its high measurement accuracy. However, this method needs to capture ten phase-shift images, and manual rotation of the lens and switching of the light source are required during this image capture process, which makes the method being operation cumbersome and the measurement inefficient. In this paper, an automatic phase-shift photoelastic measurement system based on polarization camera is proposed. The system uses a polarization camera to capture images, and a combination of white light and filter as a light source. The phase-shift images are captured automatically and efficiently by using an electronic control system to control the rotation of the lens and switch of the light source. The results show that the proposed measurement system can collect ten phase-shift images within 5 seconds, which significantly improves the measurement efficiency compared with the traditional measurement system. In addition, the experimental results confirm the proposed system. |
