基于单应力小冲杆方法研究轧制TC4钛合金各向异性拉伸性能

      钛合金广泛应用于航空航天、核工程、石化装备等。为了避免传统单轴拉伸试验测试钛合金各向异性力学性能需要大尺寸试样的缺点,本文基于微试样的测试方法,提出使用单应力小冲杆测试方法研究轧制TC4钛合金的各向异性拉伸性能。为了验证单应力小冲杆测试方法的精度,还进行了标准单轴拉伸试验以及标准小冲杆试验。标准单轴拉伸试验表明,该轧制TC4钛合金具有明显的各向异性。与拉伸试验对比发现,标准小冲杆试验由于双向应力的作用其结果不能明显表征钛合金各向异性力学性能。对比标准单轴拉伸试验,单应力小冲杆测试方法能够测试该轧制TC4钛合金的各向异性且具有较高的精度,其中I方向屈服强度两者平均偏差2.14%,Ⅱ方向两者平均偏差3.57%,Ⅲ方向两者平均偏差2.14%;I方向抗拉强度两者平均偏差3.60%,Ⅱ方向两者平均偏差3.53%,Ⅲ方向两者平均偏差5.34%。因此使用单应力小冲杆测试方法能够较准确地测试该轧制TC4钛合金不同方向的拉伸性能。

      Titanium alloys are widely used in aerospace, nuclear engineering, petrochemical equipment and so on. In order to avoid the shortcomings of the traditional uniaxial tensile test for testing the anisotropic mechanical properties of titanium alloys that require large-size specimens, this paper proposes to use the single-stress small punch test method to study the anisotropic tensile properties of rolled TC4 titanium alloys, based on the testing method of micro-specimens. In order to verify the accuracy of the uniaxial-stress small punch test method, the standard uniaxial tensile test as well as the standard small punch test were also conducted. The standard uniaxial tensile test showed that the rolled TC4 titanium alloy had significant anisotropy. In comparison with the tensile test, the standard small punch test did not significantly characterize the anisotropic mechanical properties of the titanium alloy due to the bi-directional stresses. Compared with the standard uniaxial tensile test, the single-stress small punch test method is able to test the anisotropy of the rolled TC4 titanium alloy with high accuracy, in which the average deviation of yield strength in I direction is 2.14%, that of both in II direction is 3.57%, and that of both in III direction is 2.14%; and that of tensile strength in I direction is 3.60%, that of both in II direction is 3.53%, and that of both in III direction is 3.53%, and that of both in I direction is 3.53%. 3.53%, and the average deviation of both in III direction is 5.34%. Therefore, the use of the single-stress small punch test method can more accurately test the tensile properties of the rolled TC4 titanium alloy in different directions.
